In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
2.1 By registering an Account on the judi96 Platform, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the judi96 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 These Terms apply to all access to and use of the Platform, including Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, E-Sports, Plinko, and any other product or feature made available on judi96 from time to time.

Age Restriction: The judi96 Platform is strictly for players aged 21 years and above. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Any account found to be held by an underage individual will be immediately suspended and any funds forfeited.

4.1 Each Player may hold only one Account. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.
4.2 When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian IC number or passport number, email address or mobile number, and a secure password.
4.3 judi96 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable international gaming authority guidelines. You agree to promptly submit such documentation as judi96 may request, including but not limited to:
4.4 Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to judi96's satisfaction. Deposits and gameplay in most product areas may proceed prior to KYC completion, but judi96 reserves the right to restrict access pending verification.
4.5 Account registration and ownership are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your Account to any third party.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your login email or mobile number and password. judi96 will never ask for your password via any channel.
5.2 You agree to immediately notify judi96 support if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
5.3 judi96 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
5.4 judi96 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via Account Settings. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
5.5 judi96 reserves the right to temporarily lock an Account following repeated failed login attempts or where suspicious activity is detected, and to require re-verification before restoring access.
All deposits to judi96 Accounts are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. judi96 reserves the right to amend accepted payment methods and minimum amounts at its discretion.
judi96 does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds deposited must originate from a payment method owned and controlled by the registered Account holder.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit where technically possible, subject to KYC verification being completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. judi96 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days; processing times may vary depending on the payment method.
judi96 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly where withdrawal amounts are materially inconsistent with a Player's deposit history or where fraud indicators are present.
judi96 may impose deposit and withdrawal limits on individual Accounts in accordance with applicable gaming authority guidelines or internal risk-management procedures. Players may also set their own deposit limits via Account Settings at any time.
Note: All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between this section and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
7.1 judi96 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to eligibility criteria and wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become withdrawable as Real Money Funds. Failure to complete the applicable wagering requirement before expiry of the bonus will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
7.3 The Welcome Bonus is available to new Players on their first deposit only. One Welcome Bonus per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. judi96 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus where it has reason to believe the Player has manipulated or abused the bonus system, including through coordinated play with other accounts.
7.4 Bonus Funds are not withdrawable as cash. Only winnings derived from wagering of Bonus Funds in accordance with applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
7.5 judi96 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
8.1 Sportsbook bets are governed by the Sportsbook Rules published within the Platform. Players are advised to familiarise themselves with these rules before placing any wager.
8.2 Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID has been issued, the bet is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except in circumstances where judi96 exercises its right to void bets under clause 8.4 below.
8.3 judi96 reserves the right to set maximum stake and maximum payout limits on any market, event, or individual bet at its absolute discretion, without prior notice.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without judi96's prior written consent.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, judi96 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
12.2 judi96's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claims arising out of these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 judi96 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. judi96 will take reasonable steps to restore service following any outage but accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
13.1 judi96 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice, including where:
13.2 Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, judi96 reserves the right to forfeit any Wallet balance, including Real Money Funds, where the breach involved fraud, misrepresentation, or prohibited conduct involving financial gain.
13.3 Players may close their Account at any time by contacting judi96 support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with clause 6.2, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
14.1 judi96 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via email to the registered account address at least seven days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

14.3 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations and the general principles of commercial law.
15.2 In the event of any dispute between a Player and judi96, the Player should first contact judi96 support in writing to attempt resolution. judi96 aims to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
15.3 If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct engagement with judi96 support, the Player may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure specified by the applicable gaming authority under which judi96 operates.
